A note about the Renaissance Loyalty and Scratch & Win programs…
We could not be happier about how our Loyalty Program has been embraced by our clients. It has been an extraordinarily successful 3 years since the launch of this program. THANK YOU for your participation!
Please note these changes for 2021, as the time has come for us to review our Loyalty rewards program:
Redeeming your Loyalty reward: Our redemption level will now be 50% off a single service (with your Primary Service Provider) after 10 visits.
Please note: Your 50% discount may only be used on a service with the stylist/aesthetician that you saw the most over the last 10 visits. Front Desk can let you know which service provider you were most loyal to over the last 10 visits. No exceptions will be made.
MISSED STAMPS: If we have missed your Loyalty stamp after a visit, please call us within 24 hours of your service so we can add your missed stamp. Unfortunately, we cannot update stamps or add stamps after 24 hours as it is difficult for us to verify a stamp after too much time has passed.
SCRATCH & WIN:
The Scratch & Win program remains unchanged.
Did you know?
The Scratch & Win prizes have always changed periodically.
Prizes have an expiry of 6 months. Please redeem a reward within that time.
Prizes are non-transferable and are redeemable for the exact prize mentioned.
*All rewards and discounts are non-transferable, no exceptions. You cannot give your discounts to another client to use.
